Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Domestic deliveries within Pakistan generally take 3–5 business days depending on the destination.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free shipping on orders over PKR 5000. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Express shipping options are available at an additional cost. The cost will be calculated during checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website or by visiting our tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship within Pakistan only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or remote areas that are outside our delivery service.

Delivery Issues:

Address Accuracy:
